Gabinet Ruch home page: a runner mid-jump with the headline Wróć do ruchu on a strip of blue kinesiology tape

The brief

Fewer phone calls, fewer no-shows. Patients should book from their phone, and the studio should never get a double booking or an unpaid slot held for an hour.

The look comes from the job itself: the strips of blue and pink kinesiology tape physios put on patients hold the headline and the main button.

Booking a visit, step by step

Step 1: choosing a visit type with prices
1. Choose a visit. Prices come straight from the booking settings.
Calendar with free days and available times
2. Only times the specialist is actually free, with lunch and cleanup gaps removed.
Patient details form on a phone
3. Contact details on a phone.
Choosing to pay the full amount or a 50 zł deposit
4. Pay the full amount or just the deposit.
Hosted payment page with a BLIK code field, 50 PLN
5. BLIK code on the payment page (sandbox).
Confirmed visit with 50 zł paid and 150 zł due at the studio
6. Back on the site: visit confirmed, deposit paid, the rest due at the studio.

How it was checked

41automated checks in 12 real-browser scenarios: booking, double booking, cancelling, moving a visit, reminders, deposit and refund
13failure scenarios tested on purpose, such as a reminder in the wrong time zone, a forged payment return and a slot taken during payment
8problems in the plugin's default setup found and fixed, from emails switched off to a time-zone bug that let two people pay for the same slot

This is a concept project, not client work. The studio, the specialists and the address are invented, photos are from Unsplash. The site was built and tested on a local WordPress install with a sandbox payment provider.
